Welcome to the Euro-Persian Art Organization's website. These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of our website located at https://www.europersianarts.com. By accessing our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

By accessing and using our site, you accept and agree to be bound by these ToS and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account information.

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these ToS.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by the Euro-Persian Art Organization and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from the Euro-Persian Art Organization. All Our contents are protected by copyright laws.

Our content can’t be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes by others.

5. Purchases, Payments, Deliveries, and Return Policies

By making a purchase on our site, you agree to:

  • Pay the listed price and any applicable taxes.

  • Abide by our return and refund policies.

  • For most services offered by the Euro-Persian Art Organization, a contract must be signed by our clients. This contract outlines all terms and conditions related to the service, including payment terms, delivery, and any additional provisions.

  • In case of any discrepancy or dispute, the signed contract will take precedence and serve as the legally binding agreement. By signing the contract, you agree to abide by its terms, including the agreed payment schedule and any applicable fees.

  • No service will be provided until the contract is signed and the payment terms outlined in the contract are met.

Delivery Policies for goods: We don’t sale any goods

  • Delivery times and methods will be specified at the time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Return Policies for goods: We don’t sale any goods

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Delivery Policies for digital products:

  • Digital products will be delivered via email or download link.

  • Delivery times for commissioned works will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Return Policies for digital products:

  • All sales of services and digital products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Payment Policies:

  • All payments are processed securely via our payment methods. Payments can be made using the methods supported by our payment provider. For more information on available payment methods, please refer to our payment processing platform.

6.What payment methods can we accept

Bank Transaction

You may choose to use bank transaction from your bank account to our official bank account of Euro-Persian Art Organization.

Squarespace Payments, Is not active in Europe.

View payment options at checkout

Customers buying our products or services will see our supported payment options at checkout. They can enter their credit or debit card information, or check out with Apple Pay, to complete their purchase.

PayPal

We Connected a PayPal Business account to accept PayPal and Venmo.
Customers can click Continue with PayPal to log into their PayPal account and complete the purchase. Customers on mobile devices will also see the option to check out with Venmo.
PayPal’s broad international support makes PayPal a great option for countries where Stripe isn’t yet available or credit card use is less common.

Square - Supported only in in the US, Canada, Japan, Australia, the UK, Ireland, France and Spain.

With Squarespace point of sale, we use Square to process in-person cash and card payments that integrate with our online store.
If we sell products in person, we use
Squarespace point of sale in the iOS Squarespace app to accept cash and card payments that integrate with our online store. Square processes point of sale transactions, and accepts these payment methods

Square makes credit card readers that connect to a (our) smartphone, and other point of sale devices for accepting payments in person. You might have seen Square’s card readers in cafes and shops in your neighborhood.

  • Square can only be used for in-person payments via Squarespace point of sale. It can't be used for checkout on a computer.

  • Square can only be used to process payments in the United States.

  • We might use the Square for sharing customized invoices and payments links.

  • Cross-border card payments are unsupported

Afterpay or Clearpay We don’t offer these payments methods.

With Afterpay and Clearpay, customers can pay for products in installments with zero percent interest.

7. Customer accounts

We Enable visitors to save and access their payment, shipping, and order information. Customer accounts can increase repeat spending and help our visitors to save time.
With this feature enabled, visitors can create accounts on our site where they'll securely save payment methods, shipping addresses, shopping carts, and online order information. 

Any visitor to our site can create a customer account. Visitors typically create accounts when prompted to do so. The most common prompts include making a purchase, donating, signing up for a pricing plan, or subscribing to our newsletter.

How account holders log in?

Our visitors can create and sign into their accounts using an account login link on our site. (appeared in the top-left corner of our site preview) or via this link

Logging in from the order status page

Customers can also log in or create an account from the order status page. When they visit the page, you’ll have the option to enter your email address and a confirmation code that's included in the order confirmed email. After you do this, you can review the billing and shipping details for the order. Then, you can log in or create a new account with those details.

Customize account emails

Customer account holders receive these automated emails from our site:

  • Account created

  • Email verification

  • Reset password

  • Password updated

Depending on the account holder's contact type—customer, subscriber, member, or donor—you may receive more emails.

Apple Pay

Because Apple Pay is built for a quick checkout experience, account holders can’t log into their account during an Apple Pay checkout. If you’re already logged in, you can complete checkout normally.

PayPal

It's not possible to save PayPal accounts to a customer account.

Digital products and customer accounts

Visitors to our site can sign up for your digital products by creating customer accounts and paying for your pricing plan (if applicable). From there, you'll log into your password-protected customer accounts to access the gated content you’ve purchased memberships to.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Euro-Persian Art Organization or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Euro-Persian Art Organization's website, even if the Euro-Persian Art Organization or a Euro-Persian Art Organization authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These ToS "Terms of Service" are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium/Brussels, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. Changes to Terms

The Euro-Persian Art Organization may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
