After reviewing the details, choose the one that best suits your preferences.
Submit Sponsorship Form
Once you've selected a tier, you will need to fill out the Sponsorship Form with your details, including your name, contact information, tier selection, and any preferences such as anonymity or specific business representation. You can proceed in three ways, depending on your preferred payment method:
For Bank Transfer: If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, you can fill out the Sponsorship Form, which can be accessed via this link or by clicking the button below. After submission, bank details will be provided on the Thank You page.
For Online Payment via Digital Invoice: If you prefer to receive a digital invoice, you can fill out the Sponsorship Form, which can be accessed via this link or by clicking the button below. Make sure you select the "Request Digital Invoice" option. Once submitted, we will send you an invoice via email, which includes a secure payment link to complete your transaction.
For Online Payment via the "Join Now" button: Under each sponsorship tier, there is a "Join Now" button. Clicking this button will open the Sponsorship Form. After filling out the form, you will be automatically directed to a secure online payment process to complete your patronship.

Option 2: Online Payment via Digital Invoice that includes a secure payment link
If you'd like to receive a digital invoice, select this option while completing the Sponsorship Form. After submitting the form, we will email you an invoice with a secure payment link. You can complete the payment online by clicking on the link and following the instructions in the invoice.
Option 3: Pay Online via "Join Now" Button
If you prefer online payment, select your Sponsorship tier and click the "Join Now" button under the chosen tier. This will direct you to fill out a form and proceed with the secure payment.
Step 1: Complete the Sponsorship Form. Once submitted, you will be automatically directed to a secure online payment process. No additional account or membership is required.
Step 2: Proceed with Payment. The Secure SSL Payments Powered by Stripe and PayPal, Credit Cards, Direct Debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more .
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your receipt (invoice). We will then send you the formal contract to finalize your sponsorship.
Note: Please be aware that a processing fee of approximately 12.5% applies to our organization for each online payments. Therefore option 1: Bank Transfer is our preferred method.
Payment Process
Payment must be transferred from your Business or personal account to the official Euro-Persian Art Organization bank account.
If you intend to make the payment using a third-party account, please contact us in advance. We will need to review the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Additionally, our legal counsel must verify this process to ensure it aligns with Belgian law.
No third-party payments will be accepted without prior consultation and legal approval.
Legal Agreement & Contract
After submitting your form and payment, you will receive a formal contract signed by the General Director of the Euro-Persian Art Organization. This contract formalizes your sponsorship in compliance with Belgian law.
If your company has multiple decision-makers (representative(s) or CEO(s)), all authorized representatives must sign the contract. The signed contract can be returned via email or post.Your sponsorship is only finalized when the contract is signed by all necessary parties and complies with Belgian legal requirements. For any corrections, please contact us at info@europersianarts.com to correct the details before proceeding legal agreement.
Important: Please ensure you have signed and returned the contract before or after proceeding with payment. Payments without a signed contract will not be accepted, as per Belgian law.
If a sponsor makes a payment without signing the contract, we simply return the payment until the contract is signed.
Confirmation & Invoice
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice. Please review the details carefully and contact us for any corrections.
After Receiving Payment & Contract
Once we receive your signed contract and payment, your sponsorship will be confirmed, and you will enjoy corporate sponsorship benefits such as brand visibility, VIP event invitations, and exclusive business networking opportunities.
Membership Area Access
Depending on your tier, you will be invited to activate your business Membership Area account for special content and benefits. To access, log in using the "Login" button on the top right corner of the website, which will switch to "Account" once you are logged in.
Customer accounts & Membership Area Enable visitors to save and access their payment, shipping, and order information. Visitors can create accounts on our site where they'll securely save payment methods, shipping addresses, shopping carts, and online order information.
Anonymity & Legal Compliance
If you prefer to remain anonymous, we will respect your privacy and not disclose your company or business identity unless you explicitly consent.
However, a signed contract is required to formalize your sponsorship and comply with Belgian law. This contract is necessary for transparency, the legal protection of both parties, and adherence to financial record-keeping obligations mandated by Belgian regulations. Even if you prefer to remain anonymous in public, the signed agreement ensures that your sponsorship is legally recognized and documented as required by law.
Tax Benefits
As your sponsorship supports a non-profit organization, your business may be eligible for tax benefits. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
Easy Application & Renewal
Renewing sponsorship is easy through your account or contract. New sponsors can register by following the steps outlined above.
