Christian Impazient Italian Oboe Player.
Christian Impazient was born in 1996 and began studying the oboe at the age
of seven at the Piergiorgio Riva music school in Besana in Brianza, Milano, Italy.
In 2010 he was admitted to the oboe class at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in
Milano with Daniele Scanziani. Since 2015 he has actively participated in musical
workshops for children and teenagers in theaters, music schools and elementary
schools. He has often followed oboe master-classes with important professors
such as László Hadady, Christian Schmitt, Jacques Tys, Emmanuel Abbühl and
Jean-Louis Capezzali. In February 2016 he was selected by the Conservatory in
Milano to participate in the Kyoto International Music Student Festival in Japan.
In September 2016, after obtaining the diploma in oboe, he decided to dedicate
himself to a Master of Arts with Luk Nielandt at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in
Antwerp, Belgium. Since November 2017 he has collaborated with several
orchestras including Nationaal Jeugd Orkest and Le Concert Olympique,
participating in a tour in Belgium, Austria and Germany. In February 2018 he won
the first oboe audition in Stuttgart's Landespolizeiorchester Baden-Württemberg
and in May 2018 he won the second oboe and english horn audition in the
orchestra of the Royal Theater of Brussels, La Monnaie De Munt, where he
currently works. After a Master of Education in Dutch, he also dedicated himself
to teaching at various academies in Belgium.
